A cute little black and white dress - great for summer days or glam it up for evening. Dress is a black base with a shirred, boob-tube white top, white, embroidery detail front pockets and frill trim on the hem.
Gament is a generous size 14 and would fit a small size 16 also. Measurements, measured flat and without any stretch are 15 inches (and is about 18 inches at almost full stretch) from underarm seam to underarm seam across the fullest part of the bust and 15 inches from seam to seam at the waist. Dress is free flowing / loose over the hip. Length from top of the dress to the hem is 27 inches. There is lots of extra stretch in the material, both in the shirred top half and also in the black bottom half.
Dress is made of of 93% rayon & 7% spandex.
