Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please make contact with us in the first instance. Requests for exchange must be made within 5 days of delivery of the item, and goods must be returned with labels in tact. Unless the item is faulty, or an incorrect item was shipped, postage for returns is the responsibility of the buyer and it is requested that the buyer provides a pre-paid, self-addressed satchel for the exchange.
