Actual measurement of the garment itself (laid flat and measured with the pin closed as in the picture) is approx 21 inches from underarm seam to underarm seam across the fullest part of the bust and 19 inches from seam to seam at the waist and 21 inches across the hip. Length from top of the shoulder to the hem is 29 inches at the back and approx 25 inches at the front. There is extra stretch in the material.
